Operation of small concrete mixture machine

Firstly, the mixer should be installed in a flat solid ground to prevent dumping due to ground subsidence.

Secondly,Before operation, check whether the cleaning, fastening, lubrication, adjustment and anti-corrosion of the machine system meet the requirements according to the procedures. The hidden danger of accident must be eliminated.

Thirdly,In order to ensure the safety of the electrical system, suitable fuses and grounding devices are installed on the electric concrete mixing machine.

Fourthly, in the operation of the concrete mixture machine,never let the gravel fall into the mechanical part of the operation, otherwise, the parts can be easily stuck and damaged.

Fifthly,once the hopper is hoisted,position down the bucket was not allowed to pass or stay.

Sixthly, forbid no reason stop of the machine before discharging,and also not allowed adding materials after feeding.The amount of material can not exceed the specified capacity.

Seventhly, after the mixing is completed, the mixer should be cleaned in time to prevent concrete agglomeration.Prevent electrical equipment damps in cleaning.Power off before cleaning works to prevent electric shock.
