Five crucial steps when cleaning the project concrete batching plant:

1. Clean inside and outside of the mixing tube, discharge doors, fouling on the hopper, and wash them with water.

2. Park the hopper in the transport position,insert the brake pin and the hopper shall not have debris.

3. Cut off the power, lock the electrical control box.

4. Fill necessary lubricants to the lubrication points appropriately.

5. The water supply system should be all drained water.
